Beautiful rooftop views. Beautiful hotel. Nice room, clean, comfortable. Was expecting more amenities for the price. Conditioner in shower was empty.

Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District by IHG
Elevators down the entire stay. Was very difficult getting luggage to and from room. Staff was unpleasant with the exception of one individual.

Marriott Savannah Riverfront
For such a high-end property, there were a few things we weren't happy about. No real restaurant. No kleenex in the bathroom. No room service. We didn't get a coupon that others got for breakfast.

JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District
The sink in our room was clogged with throw up from the previous group. Not sure how the cleaning staff didn’t see that especially since we did a later than normal checkin…..no rush on our room. Additionally the barf made the roof stink which never seemed to clear.

Bad reception!! I had already made early check-in. I called in advance to let the second room get their keys. The front desk was being difficult with no opportunity to mediate the confusion. And on top of they had no clean rooms. Had to wait 30 mins to get another room. Terrible service from one ...
