The staff were incredible from the vallet team as you enter to the front desk friendly and upgraded us to a city view . I was here two weeks prior at the bar restaurant where they impromptu hosted my daughters rehearsal cocktail party for her wedding after another rooftop was closed for evevt ! The front desk staff was amazing along with the Francis at Proof and Provisions. The staff in the 1540 room amazing for breakfast and Howard the concierge. I can’t explain how amazing the experience was. Will definitely be booking again
