Very helpful and welcoming host of charming chalet. Great breakfast choice and quality. Wonderful scenery and close to paths into the mountains and to nearby villages and towns.

I have stayed in many high end hotels throughout the world and I have to say that this experience was superb from start to finish. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room was superb and the setting was also great. All rooms are individually designed and the building dates back to the 15th century, so is characterful in many regards. If you're in Chambéry and you want a really good place to stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Great location, really friendly owner, felt very welcomed. Very good value for money as breakfast included too. Our second stay there as so good.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back north. The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. The bar and bar staff were great with games and cards available. The gym is tiny and can only hold three people before it’s full. The hotel is in close walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place.

Stayed at St Georges for a 5 night cycling trip. Family run hotel with very helpful staff. Hotel is clean, well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. There is no restaurant or bar as such but you can still get a beer or soft drink with crisps and sit outside in the sun or in the lounge area. Parking is perfect with charging and a secure lock up for the bukes. Short walk into town. Definitely recommend and ideal for a cycling trip.

The hotel was generally good and everything was well catered for. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and took time to get to know us and learn our names so they could greet us personally each time. What really stood out though was on the last day my wife broke her leg and ended up in hospital and the hotel were fantastic shuffling bookings around around I could remain in the room for as long as needed and dealing directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about...

Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, super clean, incredibly convenient for getting anywhere in 1850 - would 100% recommend!

The Hotel was really cute and in good location. The service was EXCELLENT, from the reception desk to shuttle drivers and cleaners. Our room was really lovely very alpine vibe! The reception desk were very good at helping us to book restaurants or with suggestions! Definitely will stay again
