"Wonderful location overlooking lake seneca. Only 2 mins from marina,state park and downtown shops and dining spots. Room was clean,staff was great. Tbe views from the property were awesome."

"We didn’t see any stuff when we arrived at around 7pm as it was contactless check-in. It was clear instruction we received in advance. The room was super clean and kind of a big room. After check-out, we stopped by ice cream store and got free ice cream as hotel guests (free single scoop ice cream for hotel guest)!! Also, location is amazing. We went to Watkins Glen Gorge walk from the hotel which was only a few minutes away. (Park parking is $10/vehicle). Only one thing I wanted to have in the...

"Pleasing room decor. Easy parking. FYI...the office closes at 9pm. They were nice enough to call and remind me when it was getting close. They graciously waited the few extra minutes because I got delayed. "

"I enjoyed my stay and the room and bathroom was very nice, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the room had an unplugged lamp, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, also there was no housekeeping available to clean the room and no do not disturb signs, also I didn’t know where to get extra towels and shower pads, I also didn’t feel safe with all of the people loitering around the parking lot and in the lobby…I wouldn’t bring my teenage daughter there with me."
