"Staff were amazing with my kids and spoilt my daughter for her bday with a sweet treat. Everytime we came down lobby or lit they were so polite. Room was fantastic, fold out bed sorted without having to ask. Didn’t need to ask for anything all was sorted for the stay. Thank you team "

"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...

"A great base. Very clean hotel which met all our needs. We got used quickly to the lack of a closet and managed without. There was a cupboard next to our room with access to ironing boards and irons. We liked having access to the rooftop bar and mezzanine floor to relax. The free hot drinks and bottles of water were a welcome bonus. We’d thoroughly recommend this hotel."
