"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. While staying there I commented to my daughter how happy I was with my stay there. It was a perfect choice and you can’t go wrong, "

"I was happy to walk into a cool temp room from the heat. Floor in our bathroom would come up from the flooring when you stepped, weird! The tv I had to adjust cause there was no picture. Second day we were out of water for 5 hours and weren’t notified about it. A few other things weren’t cool but needless to say I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and breakfast was whack. "

"The property has been open for less than 2 months and everything was new. The kitchenette was just perfect. The location of the property, albeit next to the freeway, was quiet and perfectly located just a few blocks away from entertainment and dining establishments. I will definitely stay there again. I am glad to say their fire alarms work very well. During my stay a ding-dong guest burned their popcorn (May 7th) on my floor and activated the fire alarms. The emergency was averted and the rest...

"I called the property to ask about the Mayo patient rate. The front desk initially placed me on hold, which was completely understandable, but when they came back on the line, I was told I would need to call the reservation line because they were too busy checking in guests. The call then disconnected.
I went ahead and booked through Expedia, which showed 7 available king bed rooms. However, when we arrived at the hotel less than 20 minutes later, we were told there were no king rooms available...
