"Amazing Stay at Porta Maestra – Perfect for a Group Trip Porta Maestra is a beautiful apartment-style accommodation that was perfect for our guys' trip. We were three 30-year-old men and stayed in Apartment 3, located on the top floor. The layout worked great for us: two spacious bedrooms with large beds and a pullout sofa in the living room, plus two full bathrooms—plenty of space and privacy for a group. "The hotel staff greeted us upon our ferry arrival in Hvar. The guy was extremely friendly and helped carry out bags up a crazy amount of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. He also then delivered them to our room up more stairs after efficiently checking us in. Our room was very pretty and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was also nice."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Violeta! Our room was very clean and Violeta was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks on our large terrace with a view of the sea. Air conditioning was great. Location was very quiet as it was short walk from the busy town of Hvar. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! "

"We had spa suite - it was beautiful. Did have a little bit of a hard time using the hot tub (wasn’t filling up well). The pool was great! Breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were amazing - brought our luggage to the ferry stop and made sure we got on the right ferry to Dubrovnik. Would stay there again!"

"The property is located about 10 minutes walk from the port ,so it s not noisy as it is in the port area during the day or night,you have a balcony ,so you can enjoy a drink on the balcony watching the sunset. Very nice lovely place."
