"Mein Zimmer war richtig schön,auch der Balkon war super gewesen und der Blick in die Berge,einfach traumhaft.
Im Hotel wird zurzeit umgebaut,aber ich hab keinen Lärm mitbekommen. Aber durch die Bauarbeiten hatte ich leider für 2h kein Wasser, es hing ein Zettel an meiner Tür,aber wäre schön gewesen wenn man mich beim Frühstück informiert hätte, weil eine Dusche nachdem wandern wäre schön gewesen. Das Wasser ging nach 2h auch wieder,aber leider nur kalt,hatte das dann beim auschecken...

The room itself felt older than it looked in the pictures.
Quite expensive for what you got.
No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee...very disappointing.
Breakfast was very basic... really bad coffee from a cheap coffee machine...only other items were yoghurt which was fine, and cereal which was fine...but no juices, or fruit.. very dated room for breakfast too.."
"This is one of the best hotels i've stayed in. really enjoy the grand view of the castle from the dinning area, the breakfast and the dinner here are wonderful, the desert is wonderful. the room has a great balcony , it is just a very pleasant experience staying here. "
"Beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing. We were there the first night the hotel was open so there were some logistics with check-in but probably not an issue now. The staff went above and beyond.
The breakfast is top notch and the sauna and view is amazing.
Only 4 star for amenities because there is no air conditioning for the summer.
