"Good stay"

"The website said this property was renovated in 2023. I think 1973 would be more accurate. Very very outdated and very very dirty. We left due to mold in bathroom that was so bad my husband, who has asthma, couldn't breathe. The paint is peeling, the carpet was sticky, the furniture was stained and chipped, the AC units were falling off the walls, wallpaper growing mold. It was awful. We booked the suite expecting a comfortable experience. It was a nightmare. We left early,"

"our room could've definitely benefitted from a remodel. the sofa and headboard were in rough shape and there were specks of paint on the carpet and other surfaces from the last time it was painted. our in-room phone blinked for four days. we were on the third floor and the stairs were cracked, dirty, and creaky. the top step was a different depth than the other stairs which makes it a safety issue."

"Hotel was dirty. Didn't have an iron. When asked for one, they have me another that didn't work. The door key didn't work. Had to get it programmed 3 times. Saw two roaches. Hallway floors are filthy. However, it's in a nice area."

"The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement."

"My stay was good until the last 24 hours. Let me say staff was great. Mihir was so helpful and so was See, not sure if I’m spelling her name right. So, the last 24 hours I saw 4 roaches, I was itching uncontrollably and unpacked and shook all my belongings twice for fear of taking them with me. I did not sleep last night because I was fearful of them crawling on me. I will never stay here again and do not recommend. I understand people are not all clean but nothing was done for my discomfort or...

"This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic."

"Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again."

"When the conditioner was turned on dirt/dust fell out all over the area near it. We asked the next morning to have it vacuumed up and when we got back it wasn’t done. When the front desk was called to get it done he came up right away."

"This property was fabulous! Came to visit family and stayed 3 nights. Kyle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Personally delivered vouchers for us. The hotel is super clean. The room was cleaned timely. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity! Beautiful setting. The grounds are very pretty. Will stay here again. Best hotel in the Schaumburg area Thankyou!"
