"Access to train was great. Surrounding area is very sketchy. We walked to the Grand Place and witnessed a woman physically assaulting another woman. Didn't feel safe to walk back afterwards."

"Although the neighborhood (across from the rail station) is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is first rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the common areas and the rooms are sportlessly clean. Room is generously spacious and bath is big and modern (although there is a high step-over to get into the tub). Skip breakfast -- it's overpriced. "

"This is a perfect located hotel you can walk around the best tourist area of Brussels. A lot of restaurants and coffee shop around plus good shopping. The rooms are clean and spacious, and looks like recently renovated . I highly recommend Marriot Brussels central plaza as your choice. Additionally you have the train station next to the hotel door and is easy to travel by train to another cities like Bruges. 5 💫"

"We had a great stay at Ibis Brussels Centre Gare Midi! Great location! Arrived via train from Amsterdam, and the hotel was visible the moment we left the station (a matter of crossing the street, less than a 5-minute walk). Great staff! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean! And the breakfast was Super with plenty of choices! Note: There is quite the shopping mall inside the train station, restaurants and a grocery store among the numerous choices. Look forward to returning!"
