"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. "The hotel was lovely Chic and cool - very spacious room i was on the 4th floor and had a Corner room. Staff are nice and friendly and work hard. The only gripe i has was that in the room there are no water bottles nor are they replenished: I think You have to ask for water and they bring to you which I Never did, i went to local supermarket and got some any way. I’ve been in 3 star hotels and water is given as standard but other wise it’s central and in walkable distance to everything. Staff...

"Perfect location for exploring Florence. 1mile from the train station (20 min walk). Overlooking the river. Clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast.
