The word I would use is exceptional totally personal service to fit your need ,nothing is too much trouble the location and hotel is first class kept in pristine condition .food is amazing .if you like privacy you can book a personal cinema or picnic or long walk in the grounds spa is top quality

Really lovely hotel very near the beach and bus stop- we were travelling by public transport. We were given beach access tickets by the hotel as part of the deal which was fab. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in the room, coffee making facilities etc, and extra in the foyer. Lots of cushions!! Checking in time a little restrictive; we just got there by 18.00h and managed to phone for access codes in time. I hadn’t received the text informing us of access codes by that time.

Lovely room but overlooking a side road which gave no privacy on our balcony. WiFi was poor. We did not have breakfast as at £25 each we thought rather expensive. No mini bar in the room, apparently these are being replaced by coffee machines. Good position to walk intoFlensburg.

Stayed in a suite for 2 nights. Everything was perfect and so convenient for everything. Train station opposite, along with plenty of taxis. Shopping was next to the hotel.
Wonderful breakfast was included in our rate, and everyone was so helpful in the restaurant. The check in was perfect and once again everyone was so helpful and friendly. Not far from the cruise port, a short taxi ride away. We are already planning another stay next year!
