"Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"Nice place, nice hotel. Service was good. Room was very comfortable and clean. The

was very good. We enjoyed using it. The room was very hot - the temperature outside was over 30’c, it would have been brilliant if it had air con! I searched for hotels with a

& air con on hotels.com , somehow this hotel came up and I didn’t realise it didn’t have air con - so my fault! However I would still recommend this hotel as it is very good and in a lovey location. "

"Charmerende kursted ved lille by i naturskønt område. Smukke og velholdte bygninger. Lækkert, omend lidt dunkelt værelse. Meget venligt personale. Benyttede ikke spa faciliteter. De så fine ud. God bar med mulighed for at spise. "
