For example I had left my phone in a service station in Germany, the owners rang the service station for us, communicated where I had left it and even arranged for us to pick it up on our return trip! "Everything is great about this resort- from hotel, restaurant food, rooms, swimming pools, ski slopes logistics and customer service. I will visit again in a heartbeat. The only con is- the blankets are too small but this is normal for Austria and Germany, I noticed. Totally recommend."

"Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. "

"Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, man findet alles, sogar Spülmittel und Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Bisl laut aber nur, weil das Hotel direkt an der Straße ist, sonst ist die Lage perfekt! Schade, dass Pool und saune nur bis 20 Uhr offen haben. Oft ist man den ganzen Tag unterwegs und schafft nicht in die saune zu gehen oder einfach zu entspannen. Ansonsten alles super!"
