"PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area
CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available:
- coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for
1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price;
- no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to
'just use toilet tissue')
- getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle:...

"Das Zimmer wurde täglich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Nicht immer wurde der Boden gewischt, teilweise lagen Flusen über Tage auf dem Boden und auch Handtücher wurden nicht zuverlässig ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt und ohne Störungen funktioniert. Auf der Terrasse standen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln zur Verfügung. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre.
Dans l annonce nous n avions pas compris que notre balcon était directement au dessus des 3 restaurants ayant un fort volume de musique le soir. Par contre cela n était pas...

"Séjour incroyable en Martinique chez Catherine !
La villa est spacieuse, très calme et parfaitement équipée. La literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. La décoration est très jolie et soignée, on s’y sent immédiatement bien.
La propriété se situe dans un parc sécurisé et magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la splendide Plage du Diamant, ainsi que des commerces. L’emplacement est idéal pour vadrouiller et découvrir toute l’île.

"There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...
