"This is a very nice hotel that is within easy walking distance of the historic part of the city. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet. They have a bar where you can also buy coffee that is open 24/7 and they have hot water with tea, cold water with fruit and little candies always available. I had the hotel arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport and to take us to the airport for our very early flight home making it very easy on us."

"Hotel is ok. The location is good though. Staff members could be a bit friendlier. We had a basic room just for two nights, bed are comfortable but otherwise there isn't much room or any decor in the room. We didn't spend much time in the hotel so the basic room was fine."

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Our room was clean, and the linens were well maintained. However, the internet service did not work in our room throughout our stay. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk several times, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve it. The only alternative offered was to use the common area for internet access when it was open. Breakfast buffet was mediocre."

"Es war insgesamt alles sehr positiv. Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage war beeindruckend. Wenn wieder ein Wienbesuch geplant wird, dann nur in dieses Hotel. Es gibt keinen Kritikpunkt."
