"The Mill Room service was not good.
Under staffed and food quality didn't match the brand.
Can't imagine why you can't staff this resort in a college town, owned and operated by the school.
We will try again next trip, but improvements are much needed."
"Omni is fantastic. Its iconic bar, the best place to spend time--and that arboretum is real. The staff is helpful and the hotel is super clean. Would certainly visit and stay at the Omni. And the mall is a step out of the hotel from the bar side. Access to many coffee shops. Walkable and nice."
