"Room 153 One Night........... Only one window in room, the curtain is down and no way to raise it up for daylight. No chain, no rope and not about to yank on the side of it to move it. Tub faucet was very hard to pull out to get water. There is a phone in the room with a cord that wraps around the top of the bed at the floor and comes out loosely around the side of the bed to a jack about 12 inches up. Someone using that side of the bed may trip. Nice room desk but the closet outlet would require a guest to bring a short extension cord. Should have a desk lamp with a USB and 115 volts outlet on it. The View strives to improve all the time and this room best thing was that the exit door was right there and 30 seconds to the car. I will still return in the future and it is still a nice convienent place with good pricing for the rooms. Hopefully next time a room with a view."

"outdoor pool was not filled and unable to be used which that’s what we planned to do during the day. had to switch rooms on first night due to no ac. then got double charged somehow for my stay. the woman while checking in was friendly & helpful but not so much the male- when we switched rooms gave us cards that didn’t even work to new room."

"The hotel itself was beautiful. Do not get me wrong. Our room was lovely but I don’t like was the guy at the front counter he was like twitchy and I don’t know if he was just overworked. He was kind of an ass low-key then the pool was supposed to be heated. That was the coldest pool I’ve ever been in that was supposed to be heated like no offense you should probably pay me back some money because that was what I was excited about and then I didn’t get a warm pool I got a cold pool secondly or well lastly, your guys elevator I was so scared that I was gonna get trapped in it y’all need to update that thing cause it wiggles so much literally I’m waiting for somebody to get trapped in there. I thought I was going to just myself no one else in there with me just myself. I thought I was gonna get trapped because it sounds like it’s gonna break."

"Todo estaba impecable me encantó la habitación me encantó el área de el parke de agua y claro que volvería no salí afuera a mirar por qué todabia no tenían nada abierto afuera pero si me Encantó y muy útil para los niños la abitacion todo estaba bien en la aplicación me desia que ahy dos habitaciones pero no sabía que el cuarto principal tenía su baño privado eso fue lo que más me encantó yo eliji esa habitación párese un apartamento bueno yo llevé mi propia cafetera mi propio blower a pesar que allí Abian pero no es igual nada de eso lo use siempre es bueno llevar sus cosas de una pero nada volvería si…"
