"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

"Loved our stay here at Foxwoods! We were upgraded to a suite and the views were unreal. Everyone working here was so incredibly nice! Can’t wait to come back."

"The breakfast was pretty standard for that type of place but they had no fresh fruit and they ran out of coffee for about 10 minutes during breakfast so that was a bit disappointing"

"A few things to note: first, the room we stayed in is typically $109 a night- they marked it up to $400 over graduation weekend. This is not a $400/night property. There is no elevator to the second floor- just a full flight of stairs and long hallways. The hallways also had a very strong odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were cold and minimal- cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There were no hot food and very limited protein options."
