"The hotel was incredible. The food and drinks weren’t just the best we had while in the UK, but some of the best we’ve ever had worldwide. The consistency of all the drinks and meals was out of this world! Highly highly recommend. "

"No hangers in wardrobe. Friends who were staying have us some of theirs. Broken window blind lying on floor in room. Both these things reported right away . Asked for change of room but hotel full due to a coach party being in. Employee couldn’t repair blind as fitting broken. Used the throw blanket from bottom of bed to cover window . Disappointing. As blanket thin an outside lights shining in . "

"We didn’t know what to expect from this hotel but it turned out to be amazing and one the best mid range hotels we have stayed in anywhere. For the price we paid, we found it to be great value. The room was large with 2 double beds. The bathroom had a bath and a very good shower. Often hotel showers are either not that hot or have poor water pressure. This shower was easily as good as my own so big thumbs up. The room was super clean and had all you’d expect plus a few extra touches. At least 4...

"The gym manager sorted us out when the reception failed to respond to request for tea and milk. Printed our boarding passes for us, which was helpful. Good location for airport as multiple buses and also the tram run to airport and also to central Edinburgh and the zoo - bus stop just outside, tram and train within easy walking distance. Good selection of items for breakfast."

"Great Breakfast and great rooms. The hotel is very convenient to the train station. Word of advice, don’t exit onto market street with the stairs. Take the Waverley st exit and walk across the bridge. More direct when you have rolling luggage. "
