"We were stranded in Matthews, MO and this hotel was very accommodating to our situation. The staff were professional and friendly! The manager even had a staff member provide us with a ride to the nearest car rental place. The hotel was clean with great amenities! We even received a call after our visit to let us know we had left a television behind. We are forever grateful for the compassion we were shown during our stay here!"
