"Hotel is very dated in style but very clean. Staff were on the surly side."

Tried moving me to a room with a see through blind. It took Eva or Ava head of housekeeping to get me in the proper room. No ice machine! All were broken, he didn’t leave staff with money to purchase ice. Pool was a disaster…. Plus instead of taking responsibility for his actions he blamed everyone else. Dev wasn’t able to be...

"Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!"

"My room was in bad shape; everything was very dirty. There was urine all over the bathroom, the bathtub was filthy with flies buzzing around, and everything smells bad."

"nice clean roomy room. bar staff was excellent, but it could be a little bit bigger. extra charge of $14 to park in the lot behind the motel - since 98% of their guests are with a car, this was not expected or appreciated. overall nice property"

"Stay was great ! Homewood Suites in Topeka KS was great ! The only trouble we had was reserving thru Expedia.com which billed us for 2 rooms when we only needed one."

"Large room with nice king bed and desk. Only complaint was sink water pressure was too low and shower faucet dripped quite a bit."
