"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "The convenience of being close to the event center wasn't worth the price of the stay. Double the price of other top rated Topeka hotels, rooms are clean but very outdated, wallpaper peeling off walls, bathtub old/stained. The rooms all being open to the center bar area makes it very noisy, paper thin walls, you could hear everything. "The room is clean but there was no breakfast that was promised as is listed and I did not know that there was a deposit which I barely had enough money to pay for and I was under the impression it was a refundable deposit that I would get it back which wasn't and the guy when I checked in was very rude and he gave me a lot of attitude when I checked in and I will never stay there again"
