"Breakfast was great. Lois was so helpful. Made sure our stay was enjoyable and asked several times if she could get us anything. The manager stopped at our table when we were having breakfast to greet us and ask about our stay and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again "

"There was only cereal. One banana and 2 yogurts in the entire breakfast area and the called that their super starter breakfast. Also never came into room to empty trash or give us new towels. "

"Very very disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years with no issues. This time not so well. We found bed bugs crawling. I immediately took pics and went down to the front desk showed him even brought him a dead bed bugs we killed. He insisted they dont have them and had a sheet to verify they just sprayed for them. He then continued to tell us we must have brought them or our dog had them. What dog??? We had no dog in the hotel.. and you just showed us a sheet and told us about how you sprayed today for them so that tells me there was a problem. The guy kept wanting to put us in a new room. Nop no way we left. I was refused to get my money back when I asked."
