"Hard floors could have been cleaner. The sink faucet was missing a screen so water sprayed out too much. Carpets seemed vacuumed. Beds and their sheets were clean. Beds were very comfortable, and they honored my request for extra pillows for our two night stay. We had rooms 204 & 206 I think. Great property location. Ferry access excellent. Would stay again for sure! Self parking easy. Breakfast good. Front reception staff should greet people and smile. They could improve on that, the gentleman working front desk on Sept. 5th didn't seem friendly at all. The kitchen staff seemed very friendly and helpful (doing the breakfast shifts)."

"Stayed one night in two separate rooms. Enjoyed: room with a view, evening reception (soup and salad), complimentary breakfast, proximity, helpful staff, "dog friendly." Suggestions: Oxford Suites needs to "do a Doubletree" and offer their Oxford cookies for sale as complimentary instead! Loved the Oxford Royale cookie with chocolate chips and macadamia nuts."

"Setting on beautiful Dyes Inlet, lovely view of water. Air conditioning was not working on upper floors. When made reservations weeks ago that was stated on website.I did reach out to twice to hotel to confirm whether the air conditioning was fixed but got no information. Ice machine was non functioning on the second floor where we’re staying. Bathroom tub faucet was leaking and drain had hair in it. They shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner pumps on the wall were not working, had teeny bottles of products almost impossible to squeeze. Not enough products for two people."
