"Good stay "

"Despite renovations being done to the building, there was no noise early in the morning, and everything was cleaned up and put away for the evening. The room was clean, the view from our oceanfront room balcony was awesome. The sound of the ocean waves was soothing, the sunsets were gorgeous, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Those 6:00 pm cookies every evening were delicious and worth coming back to every evening. Access to the beach was just a short walk down the stairs or elevator to the back of the building and a very short stroll (1 minute) to the beach as you can see from our room. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"The staff and check in/ out process was excellent. The location and partial ocean view were a plus. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. The fridge kept our items ice cold. The only negatives would be the property was dated and the jacuzzi tub in the room was loud. I mean LOUD. All in all I would stay there again. There were cookies in the lobby in the evening and also breakfast was served."

"Disappointed by staff not caring about noise complaints. Guests were blaring music and lots of us other guests complained because our walls were shaking it was so loud. Staff said they would take care of it but the music would still start up and the party was so loud we barely slept and couldn't sleep to the sound of waves like I had planned. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and towels were great. The location was great. I think it would have been a perfect stay had staff been trained to care about preserving the guest experience. They didn't ask how my.stay was at checkout. On check in I was ignored because the staff were doing computer training. Every interaction was disappointing as staff would excuse the party noise or say "we're taking care of it". When the guest flashed someone from the balcony window they still weren't kicked out. It ruined the night for so many guests and that really surprised me with Best Western. They should have a policy and training in place for handling situations like this one. Nobody seemed to know what to do."

"We booked a suite and the connecting room was perfect for our needs. We didn’t use the pool but the fire pit by the water was enjoyable. The location is walkable to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast bar was well stocked and very clean. There were a variety of food options for light fare or filling breakfast. Cookies were available at check in which I thought was a nice touch. There were bikes onsite for guest use and they appeared well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our private balcony next to the river and watched the paddle boats and wildlife. Both of our rooms had balconies which allowed us to relax outside while still providing privacy for our daughter. The suite was perfect for families and could easily extend into additional connecting rooms as well. Great price and a comfortable stay."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay here! The property was very clean and felt updated. One of our favorite features was the outdoor patio with a fire pit—it was such a relaxing place to unwind. Our room had a balcony/patio overlooking the river, which was incredibly peaceful and perfect for enjoying coffee and a good book. The beds were big and extremely comfortable, and we loved that the pool is open 24 hours, with adult-only hours after 10 PM—such a nice bonus. We did have a small issue with the tub, but the staff handled it right away. Maintenance was in our room within minutes and fixed it immediately. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet, yet still just a few blocks from the beach and the main strip, which made it really convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"
