"I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains. When we walked in one of the drapes was completely down and the window was open, (as in unlocked). Make sure you check that, especially if you’re on the ground floor. "Have stayed here twice and would return. Comfortable, clean rooms with helpful staff. Lots of great food options nearby. Front rooms are sunny, but some road noise in the mornings. Remember to request daily housekeeping as they default to a daily $5 credit in the self serve bar."

"The Crosby is well located next to the river in the center of the bars and restaurants. It looks new and is in good condition. If you are a whiskey aficionado, you might want to make a special trip to Stillwater to taste the whiskies in its tapas and whiskey lounge. On the other hand, if you are in Stillwater for work or as part of an extended road trip, you could consider other hotels in town. The Crosby does not have on-site breakfast or a gym.
