"We were disappointed with the restaurant, dark and dingie. The food was average , we went back the special goats cheese and cherries,served on soggy chewy bread. The expensive wine we order was just plonked on the table for us to help ourselves, with out sounding like a princess I expect the wine to be served and topped up as and when on a quality establishment such as The Four Seasons. You can't access the elevators without scanning your room card and you can't pick your floor until you find the scanner. No arrows or lit up light showing where you scan.
