"1st off this was a beautiful property. We stayed in the suite. The pools were great, and the hot tub exceptional. The bar and restaurant were good as well. We didn’t eat there but the drinks were good and were able to take to the pool area.
So here are the cons. Upon arrival we received our room keys, drove to the room and of course the touch pad was not working. I had to drive back to the office to get keys reprogrammed and they had the maintenance guy meet us at the room #701.
Not sure what he did but the room access was a problem all stay. The room itself was small. No bells and whistles, very basic. There was no coffee maker, no cups, no ice bucket, no iron, no ironing board and minimal amount of towels. We stayed for two days and noticed a pest issue. There were dead bugs in the corners spread out the room and some were still moving as if they were sick from pesticides. There were also cob webs on the light fixtures and various other obvious places. For the price tag I expected a lot better quality. All in all I give it a 4/10.
To top it all off the joined walls were paper thin! We clearly heard another couple fighting well into the night. We were glad to be out of there to be honest. Felt like we didn’t get the experience we wanted and decided to extend our trip one more night. We ended up booking another much better room in healdsburg."
