"This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. "The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. We were there at the end of the rainy season so did not enjoy the pool. However, when the warmer pool was not warm, the staff quickly called for the repair and we were able to enjoy it the next day. Our driver Agus was fantastic. He really made our entire experience so much better. "
