"This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. "This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect. The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room. A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was charged with a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to my friends"
