The service team was helpful and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The beds were a bit basic but reasonable quality. It’s after all not a large hotel chain. What was spectacular was how quiet the place was and you could see an incredible night sky and the Milky Way by moving probably 2000 ft from the property.

My first time staying at the Hopi Cultural Center, and it was very nice. The room was large and clean, there were complimentary bottles of water and the in room refrigerator even had a small freezer. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here before and liked it. Nothing fancy but the price is right and the staff are great. One of the things that we like is the restaurant onsite. Unfortunately, this stay was on a Sunday evening and we didn’t realize that the restaurant was closed on Sundays. We arrived planning on eating there but could have stopped earlier in our trip for a meal if we had known that the restaurant would be closed. The man at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and later when I asked for ice he gave us access to the fountain drinks, which I thought we as very thoughtful of him. I would still recommend it, especially if you are interested in the local culture. The room was clean and the only complaint I had about the room was the lack of power outlets.

I had expected more as it’s advertised as a cultural centre with arts and crafts but it’s only a motel and restaurant with small shop. Room was basic, had to run shower for a long time to get hot water, staff at reception and restaurant were friendly and pleasant, food was good.

The staff was so friendly, we ate at the restaurant and the food was hot and tasty. Our waitress was amazing. The only issues we had were we didn’t know there wasn’t breakfast on Sunday morning and that there was no blow dryer.

The stay was a little depressing. Obviously, the project was to create a center to show off Hopi culture. Somewhere along the way the center became too expensive to maintain and all that is left is a motel in the desert. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was decent but you couldn’t help but feel that you were seeing a shadow of what the center was supposed to me.

It was a really nice stay I really appreciate and admire that they waited for me to check in late after driving from Buckeye AZ. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant where very professional in thier appearance and their demeanor was very friendly along with comforting.
