"I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. It is super dirty and humid. The room has no windows. The kitchen staff are loud and it is impossible to sleep. It is in a very inconvenient area that is not near anything. I arrived at this hotel and could not stay there. I checked out that day and now they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"I booked this hotel online through Expedia for my mother, but when we arrived at the listed address, the hotel didn’t exist. There was another hotel at the same address under a different name. To avoid further hassle, I had to book a room at that hotel instead. This was very confusing and inconvenient. Please make sure the listing is accurate to prevent this for other travelers."

"They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800. They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience. "

One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."
