This is not mentioned in the description. It does also not mention that towels are not provided. Directions to the property are very poor. The postcode does not take you to the White Cross Bay holiday park where the lodge is located, this would have been very helpful and avoid us getting lost for a bit. No help desk at the...

"There was a damp smell upon arrival. When we looked around we could see there had been a leak from the bathroom staining the ceilings and carpets. The bathroom door did not lock and there property was generally in a poor state of repair. Marks on every wall and paint peeling from the window sills. Cracked and rocking tiles throughout downstairs. The oven was dirty. Despite the listing stating there was wi-fi an instruction on the table stated there was not.
