"We paid and confirmed our two room suite. One week before arrival they called and took details and confirmed for our arrival. 30 minutes before our early arrival we received an email that said to call Club Wyndam Resorts in Sedona AZ. because they had “downgraded” our room. I called and they said they had overbooked and the only thing available were two downgraded rooms and would have to separate us.
