Not good..we purchase room include breakfast..when arrived there..the hotel said not have..ur advertise r lying..room smelling cigarrete smoke..its no good for our family..i need to add money to change rooms.. im booking until 4 rooms..its very frustrated

Nearer with shopping mall and transportation.. The services are very good and friendly.. The cleaneses is still poor and the room that has no window has smelly very bad... The room is nice but should put more on cleaneses.. I found some hair when first entering room.. The bathroom also have to be very clean..

Driving to the hotel was confusing. This is because the road leading to the hotel will need to go through a private road and parking area of the nearby shopping center. Anyone going to the hotel through this private area will need to pay RM1 which is refundable by the hotel for check-in guest. It took me awhile to figure this out after driving around the area a couple of times. Room is comfortable but there are tiny ants on the table, in the shelf and on the walls. The water from the toilet tap which we have boiled, had an unpleasant taste, better to drink bottled drinking water. Slipper is provided in the room, fortunately we brought own slippers. Breakfast (inclusive in the hotel rate) is very basic, Nasi Lemak, Kuih, local fruits, coffee/tea. Breakfast only open at 7:30 a.m. Due to I need to leave early, I requested during check-in, to have breakfast at 7:00 a.m. which was agreed by the hotel. However, in the morning, the outside caterer only brought in the trays of foods at 7:10 a.m. We took the Nasi Lemak from the tray and finished our breakfast in a hurry without waiting for them prepare and place the foods on the benches.
