Our room was beautiful and the views unimaginable. The only problem was carrying our luggage up and down, since there is no elevator access from the hotel front desk to the elevator on the 1st level. That was extremely inconvenient for us. You can walk about 5 min and you’ll be in plaza mayor with dining options. I didn’t like the breakfast. You can find something better somewhere else.

Beautiful property in a lovely historical part of the town. The room was a bit poky and noisy though. The neighbours walking along the corridor or the lift was very audible in our room.

Charming and quiet stay in Segovia

A charming spot in a quiet part of the old quarter of Segovia. It was easy to arrive walking from the bus station. It was easy to walk to all of the historical parts of town (Plaza Mayor & Cathedral, Alcazar, Aqueduct). The rooms are pretty and comfortable and charming although not super modern. I would definitely stay again!

Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs.

Excellent, friendly and well located

Quietly located setting, slight uphill walk to Plaza Mayor. Reception staff really friendly and spoke excellent English. Helped us with our departure taxi. Rooms are on the darker side, need more lighting.Breakfast 10 Euros per person sufficient choice.

When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation and it was unpleasant. And the room we booked they insisted that the photos on Expedia were different and that you couldn't know exactly which room you were assigned to. That had never happened to me before!

Reserved an economy room. The window only looked upon a ventilation shaft. And the room smelled a bit musty. For €10 more I switch to a room with a view and it was a whole lot better. I recommend an economy room with a view. It is worth the little bit more.

Soundproofing needed

We had a number of issues with our room: the main one being the lack of soundproofing as we had the mechanism for the lifts right next to us on one side so heard them every time they were used; and the shower cubicle for the next door room was actually built into a corner of our room so those guests might as well have been showering in our room. Even just talking next door we could hear them clearly. We also felt that there should have been somewhere to get coffee or tea as there were no facilities in the room. The painters were in whilst we stayed so care was needed in the stair area and this should have been highlighted on booking. On the plus side breakfast was very good.

Awful experince for a huge price!

We got a room on the first floor near the elevator with a view on a tiny courtyard and 3 huge pipes. There was no natural light at all. The room was ok, but the bathroom was too small. Soundproofing is the next problem! We could clearly hear other guests in their rooms, people walking along the corridor, up and down the stairs, work of the elevator and water pipes. We asked for a parking spaсe beforehand and received a refusal on the day of arrival at the hotel. Overall, the cost was huge for such a low level of service, would never recommend it!

more of a 2 star hotel

First and foremost, the employees were very friendly and helpful. My review is based on the hotel itself not the employees. The walls are super thin, that you can hear every time someone flushes the toilet from above and next door. Throughout the night, there was a piercing sound that would come and go, I believe it was from the door but couldn't pinpoint it. The window panels didn't close so I had to put a chair against it to keep it closed. This is more of a 2 star hotel/motel, the quality is more similar to a Best Western. The place is right in-between of the Plaza Mayor and Alcazar, each about 10 minute walk. Another down side is there is no nearby cafe shops or restaurants, you have to walk to the Plaza Mayor. The rooms do not have a coffee or tea kettle.

El personal de recepción muy muy atento , el buffet de desayuno en lo más mínimo , la comida la misma , y los chicos que atienden son muy jóvenes , y te atendían a la carrera , como si no quisieran que hubieres llegado . La recepción y lobby está muy descuidada, muebles llenos de polvo , al igual que el balcón del desayunador, totalmente abandonado . El gimnasio en un sótano sin luz que ni ganas de hacer ejercicio te dan , parece un calabozo .
