The wallpaper was peeling the shower was dirty and the couch was full of stains We booked the room based on the pool which was closed all three nights The last night we purchased another room to find that there were bugs under the bed sheets would not recommend anyone to stay there and they did not compensate us for any of it"

"Not updated or safe at all. Door latches falling apart, old fixtures and plugs that don’t work and fall out of the walls. Doors to room look like they’ve been attempted to be pried open based upon their marks. Old appliances and fixtures. “Breakfast” was lackluster at best. No way this is an 8 star rated place. More like a 5 at best. Should be $75-85 a night "

"Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used.
