However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "

"All staff was very helpful as we have very little understanding of Turkish language. They all were very kind….a common trait of the Turkish people. Especially, Elif in the restaurant. Very very helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed the garden room with access to outside courtyard which is strategically placed below grade…..blocking the wind and much of the noise from the city above."
