"Check in was contactless and it directed the guest to a hotel on the other side of downtown for more information. There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. "The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested.
