The villa is fair. But the price I searched from trivago is not the cheapest. It maybe coz of traviago is belonging to Expedia but however I found the price is more cheaper than searched in Agoda for around hkd200 per nite. Next time i might not search from trivago. It is so related to Expedia! for the hotel, I dunno why they always dun put back the towels for several nite, I needed to call for the towels and they hv to check if the towel is available or not, it’s quite weird. That’s happened for several nites!

Quiet quaint retreat

First time to Bali, Beautiful people, wouldn't / couldn't ask for friendlier staff anywhere. Our room was a little older, but I can see they are renovating. A good walk from the beach, but fairly close to shops and food. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. They even surprised me with a cake on my birthday. 😊

They don't deliver on promises!

Definitely not what we expected considering what we paid for this place. Hotel staff are stingy with amenities, had to buy our own toilet paper and towels. The room was serviced daily, but only tieldied at best, not cleaned. Towels were only folded away after use, not cleaned. On the first day we have asked to have a taxi ordered to go to town but were offered to be taken by the hotel taxi, who charged twice and a half the rate we paid on the rest of the holiday. Only 2.5km from town, but it took on average 20 minutes to get there each day.

Don't go there

Would never stay again. Arrived after booking 2 months prior to arrival, to find they didn't have my booking despite being presented by my confirmation email. Over 1.5hrs later we were shown into out 2 bedroomed villa. Only way I can describe the kitchen is filthy, microwave dirty, cupboard doors dirty spashback dirty. No teaspoons. Linen on beds didn't look washed properly. Shower hot water took at least 15mins before heating up. Had room service one night, ordered pizza the base was raw!! Was offered a complimentary drive back to airport when leaving, however nobody knew about it when we asked. Only good thing about the place was the Orchard up the road.

We had a great say here. Villas were clean, staff were friendly. The only issue were the mozzies. I would recommend these villas if you are staying in Seminyak. :)
