Nice hotel, great staff!

Putu was so helpful with me helping me aranging taxis and motos to get to other places. Is a good spot. The bikes are not in the best condition but still working, although is a fast road and not the best to go out walking. It was easy to get everywhere, the room was huge, the bed was comfy and the pool was nice but not big, Quite area and great for relax.

Not what I was expecting.

This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. I was trapped in my room all day with only the supplies I had squirrelled away. My neighbour went wading through knee high flood waters to get water and supplies for his family. Some wifi access restored in the afternoon, but only on the balcony. I contacted Hotels.com but less than useless. Organised my own new hotel and just abandoned the last three days payment.

Overall great place

Was really good place and nicely fit into the nature, I was in my private villa, really nice concept, the only thing which I found out on my last day that really made me down was the pillows, I opened once just for case and was black, with mould on it, really really really disappointed...they should keep an eye to thins kind of staff...

They didn’t let us know that we were in a flood zone and that the area had flooded a couple of days before and made the pool brown from blood waters. The property smelled like dirty water.

Not recommended

The location is out of the way, you will have to get taxis to go anywhere. The place has a funny vibe and the rooms while they are spacious , they are very basic. You get what you paid for., the bathroom is a bit awful with funny steps sunk into the floor. We left two nights earlier as it was too much hassle the transport and the poor amenities of the hotel

Perfect for your first time in Bali

Great hotel, Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities were all great, only minor problems with the shower. Would recommend to younger travellers and I would stay here again.

Spacious hotel

Spacious suite. Service was great. However, there was no water supply in the room. We had to call the reception. When the problem was being fixed, black water flowed out. Aircon was not centralised so certain areas of the room is poorly ventilated.

Very big room , lounge and bathroom Lovely balcony with river view Peaceful location Only negative was air con was sooooo noisy. Couldn’t change rooms. Hot water had no pressure But it was ok for the price I would stay again

Hotel nice

Love this place for the peace and quiet But experience was ruined on last couple of days by loud drunk crazy man talking to himself loudly from early in the morning. Nothing seemed to be done about him. And the water had bad smell like rotten eggs.. But in the positive I love this place

Great staff

A scooter was essential as the Studio is quite a distance from the heart of Seminyak. Staff were lovely and always available. Bed was big and very comfy. Only downside was the shower which had no power whatsoever....but hey that's Bali.

Not what I expected

Upon reaching the hotel, I was fairly disappointed along with my friend. It was small and a like with it's picture of the pool shown on the site but, the bean bags by the pool had some kind of fungus and mouldings to it. it is not hygienic at all! The room was very strange with one too many doors, the lights were too dim and there wasnt any fan in the living room. Also the TV was just ridiculously small, they just one aircon in the bedroom! Not to mention, the toilet.. the toilet itself and the shower water pressure was very VERY weak! would take you forever to take a quick shower. Last but not least, the safety box did not work, refrigerator was not cold and there were too many insects and mosquitos in the room everyday and night and lots of dust under the bed! Safe to say, its a no no! and to add on to that, it's far away from everything and isnt safe to walk at night! about 40 mins walk to the beach!

Nice Calm, enjoyable place

It was pleasant and very calm place. a little away from kuta which is happening and lot of pubs. But very good staff and rooms with an environment which relaxes you with a sceneric view in the morning.

Lovely place but far away from the beach

The place is lovely and quiet and the staff is friendly. The reception staff helped me for instance to order some food to the home stay and she made sure to understand what I wanted. As for the rooms, they are nice and spacious. However, the AC and water pressure need proper repair/maintenance. On top of that, the location is far away from the center of Seminyak and even further away from the beach. Only when I checked out a day earlier than planned I was told that shuttle transportation was provided. I don't know whether that would have changed my decision.

Dirthy!

Nice appartement, frendley staff. The rooms are big but very dirthy towels grey with spots. Bathroom very tired. I think before is was a Nice place.

Would love to stay here again,,but will wait till construction work finished nearby Close to Seminyak,,but you need transport Really enjoyed my stay,,staff were lovely
