We speak very little Japanese and were in the town to visit family. The hotel staff was very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again when we visit next year.

It's hard to write a review about hotels in Japan because the service is always good. Wonderful staff who were very accommodating and patient with my poor Japanese.

Hotel was about ten minute walk from train station. As well as close to the main shops which is ten minutes. Room was a decent size and clean. No issues. Appreciated that they had not turned the aircon and set it to hot like so many hotels do as it would have been stuffy if just on heat. Amenities were minimal and no drip coffee bags like other hotels in Japan. We had a standard room with double bed and I would not recommend. We are both tall and it was small for us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was close to the train station. No laundry service but there was a 24 hour laundromat within 5 minutes of waking. Would stay again if ever back in Sendai.

Nice hotel in Miyagi with good price

The hotel is opposite side of walking street.You have to get out from Sendai station by East Exit , walk down the escalator to the ground floor and turn right. Just 5 mins walk. Hotel staff is friendly. Room is quite spacious for big luggage. Varieties of Japanese and western breakfast are great. Convinient store is pretty close to hotel but not a big one.

Great location with a few blocks frim the train station and everything one needs can be found there. The room is spacious and clean and the Japanese style breakfast was excellent.
