Hotel Johzenji
The place had thin walls so you could hear the people in the hallway and they can hear the things coming from your room. The walls to the outside and also thin so you can hear the street and the crows around the hotel.

Hotel Green Park
No frills business hotel, nicely located half way between Sendai Station and the river. Helpful reception who only spoke Japanese but used his iPad to translate all the instructions. Didn’t stay for the boiled egg but location and price were perfect.
