部屋からの眺めは悪くなり、足場が見える、日中の平日はカーテンを閉めてください、音もしますとのこと。
近場のホテルを探しましたが既にどこも満室、あっても高くて予算に合わず変更できませんでした。

"If you want to explore shimokitazawa, the location is great. Lots of cute cafes and dining options. Metro stations are nearby.
The rooms are small which is to be expected but I found the bathrooms to be extra tiny. And it doesn’t vent very well. The carpets are a little tired looking and the walls a bit banged up.
It’s cute that there’s a record player, but honestly it takes up precious table space.
The lobby can get very busy when the weather is nice as it’s also a cafe, which might not...

"We had a great stay here as a family of 4. Convenient, clean, and spacious as Tokyo hotel rooms go.
And the staff went above and beyond in a situation where we caused a problem. We thought we had booked one more night and were out visiting sites. But our stay had expired and the staff couldn't reach us about checkout. They needed it cleaned for a new guest. So they packed up our stuff and stored it for us until we arrived later in the afternoon. And they were very understanding and nice after...
