They confirmed my booking via telephone a day before my arrival day then when I get there I don't have a room, they gave someone else a room. Out of all the reasons they said people booking via Expedia normally don't arrive and end up cancelling hence they gave away a room but their check in is at 14:00, I arrived an hour before the room has been given to someone else who came before me. I didn't sleep at Bon Voyage
