"The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!"

"Отель потрясающий. Всем советую. Весь персонал был очень дружелюбный. Ozlem Hanım и ее команда была очень профессиональной. Система персонального ассистента очень полезная,нам это очень помогло. Номер очень чистый, очень стильный. Материалы были очень качественные везде. Вилла нам очень понравилась. Мы были в мае, все бассейны подогреваемые. Roof top Бассейн с великолепным видом. А ля карт рестораны нам очень понравились. В этом отеле есть свой мини зоопарк. Песок на пляже очень приятный. Много русских гостей, музыка на вечеринке нам и другим людям не совсем понравилась. Алкоголь был качественный, много выбора. Много багги машин, даже можно снять в аренду. Если сравнивать с другими отелями, то это точно лучший отель в Турции."

"Great hotel with nice heated pools, aquapark and restaurants. Food is truly amazing. We choose pool room and have 2 kids and I don’t recommend these rooms if you have kids. The hotel is huge and hard to walk to pools, beach and other areas from these rooms. Buggies are not available all the time. In fact, for 2 days we couldn’t catch a buggy without waiting at least 20 mins. Other staff helped us a few times to get around and they also helped us complain about this. Next days buggies were fast and efficient. Also, our room pool was not clean when we arrived, next day we asked for it to clean and it was taken care of. Overall great hotel and highly recommend but we had room specific issues. I wouldn’t choose this kind of room again with my kids."

"100% book this place. We stayed in the superior duplex swim up rooms and they were excellent and having a heated pool really helped in April. Also a heated water park for the kids was brilliant. Staff are amazing as well. Place was out of this world."
