"The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city."

"Great location, room is not very big but manageable with 2 people, staff is friendly. The elevator is small but it works, we never have to wait for elevator. Soundproof but you would still hear people closing door. Overall it was amazing!"

"We loved this Hotel. Staff were so friendly and professional. Location is great, 5 minute walk to main bus station and train station. 5 minute Uber from airport. Large mall and grocery store right across the street as well. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. The breakfast quality could be improved is only recommendation. "

"Great hotel! Coming in from Paris, only 15 minutes from the airp[ort, this was stay was an excellent change of pace. Modern, clean, well appointed. Shuttle service to downtown Lisbon. The restaurant Erva was the best food we had while in Europe for nearly 2 weeks. And the hotel is superbly reasonably priced. Would stay again. "

"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."
