"Really, really loved this place. Wasn’t wildly Expensive and the room(s) were perfect. My mom just kept saying “so gorgeous”. We had a 2 room, river view suite and the view was amazing! Beds were comfy and the everything was clean and warm and inviting. The wifi was a little weak but it was fine and the tv seemed typical but in actuality, you don’t scroll thru the menu and pick a channel. Page flipping menu is to tell you what’s on and you punch in the number of the channel if you wanna watch commercial riddled cable. The staff was super helpful AND fun! They gave us a map with highlighted recommendations and were charming and very sweet. I’d stay here again for sure. Get a river view room! If traveling with a friend or family member, get the with 2 beds in 2 different rooms (king in main room & queen in bedroom) 9.9/10"

"Clean and spacious room and everything worked as expected. Convenient location to downtown shops and restaurants. Hotel management is responsive to requests and gave me a printed copy of a file I requested. Strongly scented cleaner was used in room and we opened the windows to vent the scent from the room."

"I arrived at PDX early morning and the rest of my party were not getting in until much later in the evening w the rental car. The car services were way to expensive for a senior citizen on a buget. So, I got to the Holiday Inn, Hood River on public transportation! I bought a train ticket at the airport, took the TriMet train to Gateway North Station. Then took the Columbia Gorge Express bus (best $10 dollars you will ever spend, very scenic ride) 3 three stops, one of which was Multnomah Falls! The journey took about 2 hours. The hotel was a short walk from the bus stop. Holiday Inn let me check in an hour before 4:00 check-in. Until then i made myself comfortable in their lobby. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and a nice selection of TV channels. The hotel is located across the street from a Walmart, in case you forgot something and a short walk to the Waterfront/"downtown" area with restuarants and shops."

"It’s a sweet hotel. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There is no fridge or coffee machine in the room, but they offer excellent coffee downstairs. And a free beer! And lots of restaurants and shops nearby."
