"Fantastic location! Right in the beach…. Helpful reception staff but they wouldn’t allow me to check out 1 hour later. My booking states check out as 12 but it was 11. Booked single room. Absolutely tiny. Couldn’t sit on the toilet without knocking my leg on the wall. Shower door was broken and shower itself kept falling out of the broken holder. Maysi’s location makes it appealing but it could be a lot better."

"Clean hotel and very helpful staff. Very good level of training and customer service was evident in all staff members we met. The Food was very good at both the buffet and Krystal restaurant and we had no problems booking in the restaurants( twice in our 7 nights stay). The Mediterranean restaurant had just closed due to it being low season de we didn’t eat there. I thought the drinks were good value too. I have no complaints about the hotel at all and Im very fussy as we usually stay in 5 star establishments. We never usually stay at large chain hotels but we took my 79 year old mother so the format suited her well with it being half board. I used the gym daily and the equipment was very well maintained and clean. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Very good value and bedrooms were nicely decorated."

"Beautiful, clean, minimalist design resort with private suites by the beach. It was so nice to walk to bars/restaurants along the beach. Location is about 20 min drive or 40 min bike ride from La Savina. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the entire stay. The included breakfast was very tasty with many pastries, breads, juice, coffee, and hot options. The view from the pool was impeccable!"
