Also, the staff was not the most helpful with transportation around the area. They offered to call a cab for us but only if we were in the lobby in person and then stated that getting a cab...

"It's a fantastic place! A great pool bar and pool-side bar that serves good food. Dinner buffet is fine but not great. The food service hours are a bit restrictive. A quick walk into a city with lots of shopping and restaurants, and a very nice beach. Lots of children and activities for all ages. Extremely friendly to non-Spanish speakers. It seems like all public-facing staff are fluent in English and German, as well as Spanish."
