We were expecting a kitchenette and a balcony and we didn't get either, the air con in the room was not working, the beds were slightly too hard, I asked the housekeeping staff to come back later and they proceeded to sigh and close the door. "The hotel isn’t in an ideal location for tourists but did have a car park which was needed for our trip. Think the 5* rating is a little generous - would rather 4* more accurate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable room although looking a little tired and could do with some modernisation. Beds/pillows good and quiet room although aircon stays on. Pool area was nice after a day out. Biggest disappointment was breakfast - often needing replenishment although selection was ok. Coffees were...

"Beautiful hotel on a pedestrian street . Close to Rossio square and lots of restaurants and shopping . Staff was very accommodating and had a wonderful breakfast."

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooftop bar was a bonus. We just wish it stayed open past 11pm. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms. We were a family of 4 and had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms but reserved 1 room. The upgrade was nice!"
